Moving In?

The water and/or sewer utility bills remain with the property. Contact Kimball Township Water Billing at (810) 987-9797 ext 129 to sign up for new water and/or sewer service and to ensure that a final water read has already been scheduled by the previous owner/renter. The appointment should be made 7-10 business days prior to closing in order to ensure availability of the Kimball Township Water Department. 

Moving Out?

If you are moving out of Kimball Township, contact us to schedule a final water read. The appointment should be made 7-10 business days prior to closing in order to ensure availability of the Kimball Township Water Department. You are responsible for payment for the final water bill.

A 10-percent penalty will be added to the current unpaid bill if payment is not received in full by the due date.

How to Make Payments

You may also choose the following payment options:

  • In-person (8:00​ a.m. to 4:30​ p.m. Monday – Friday) at the Kimball Township Office, 2160 Wadhams Rd, Kimball, MI 48074 with cash, check, or Credit Card
  • Online through our Resident Self Service Center 
  • Use the dropbox at the Township Office 24hours a day. Locate to the left of our main entrance doors at the Township office
