D. Paul Ruggirello: Installation of a Water Line and New City Water Connection
My property is 946 Wadhams and I have three ten acre parcels over there. The first ten acre is where the greenhouse is and the garden center. There is city water and a fire hydrant there and the line goes about another 12 to 14 feet. Then I have another 10 acre parcel that is vacant with nursery stock growing in the back. I also have another 10 acre parcel going further to the south that I would like to put a house on it. I would like to tap the water line and go the distance of the south parcel. This line will only service a 1,500 square foot modular home placed on the parcel with an estimated line length of approximately 1,000 lineal feet.
