The Township of Kimball is a vibrant community in the heart of St Clair County. We are currently seeking qualified candidates to become the Township Assessor. Kimball Township is primarily a residential community with some commercial, an industrial park and the St Clair County Airport. We currently have about 5,400 parcels that get assessed each year. Our SEV for 2021 is $271,253,453.
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- State of Michigan Certified Personal Property Examiner (MCPPE)
- State of Michigan Certified Assessing Officer MCAO (Level 2), preferred is State of Michigan Advanced Assessing Officer MAAO (Level 3)
- Experience with BS&A Software
- Experience with Apex Software
We will be setting the salary based on level of experience.
