NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Kimball Township Planning Commission
April 22, 2025 at 6:30 p.m.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Kimball Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Kimball Township Municipal Office, 2160 Wadhams Rd. Kimball, MI 48074. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments from interested persons on a proposal by the Kimball Township Planning Commission to adopt an updated Master Plan for Kimball Township.
The updated Kimball Township Master Plan includes text, charts, tables, graphs, illustrations and maps that describe the Kimball Township Planning Commission’s proposal for the long-range future development of the Township. The updated master plan has been prepared under the authority vested in the Kimball Township Planning Commission by the Michigan Planning Enabling Act (Public Act 33 of 2008).
A complete draft of the proposed Kimball Township Master Plan may be inspected prior to the hearing at the Kimball Township Municipal Office, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at 2160 Wadhams Rd, Kimball MI 48074. The draft master plan can also be viewed online at https://www.kimballtownship.info/download/2025-masterplan-draft/. Written comments may be sent to the Kimball Township Planning Commission prior to the hearing at the same address. Oral comments will be taken during the hearing.
