2021 MARCH BOARD OF REVIEW

The Kimball Township Board of Review will be held on the following dates:

Tuesday, March 2nd, 2021        3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. – Organizational Meeting Only.

No appeals heard at this meeting

Monday, March 8th, 2021        9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Wednesday, March 10th, 2021    3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.


Based on the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) epidemic orders regarding public meetings, the March Board of Review Meeting MUST be held virtually.

It is highly recommended that you appeal in writing by mail to: KIMBALL TOWNSHIP BOARD OF REVIEW 2160 Wadhams Road, Kimball, MI 48074 or by email to [email protected] ALL MAIL AND EMAIL APPEALS MUST BE RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE NOON ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 10TH, 2021.

In compliance with Sec.211.34A of the General Property Tax Law of the State of Michigan, the following are the tentative ratio and tentative multipliers to be applied to the Assessed Values of each class of property in Kimball Township to achieve County Equalized Values for 2021:

Hearings are by appointment only. Petitioners may call (810) 987-9797 to schedule an electronic remote appeal. Appointments may be made after you have received your 2021 Assessment Notice. You may also direct any questions to the assessor prior to the meeting.
