The Kimball Township 2026 Board of Review will be held at the Kimball Township Offices,
2160 Wadhams Road, Kimball, Michigan 48074 on the following dates:
Monday, March 9, 2026 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
Wednesday, March 11, 2026 3:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
To schedule an in-person appointment, please call (810) 987-9797. Any representative appearing
on behalf of a property owner must have an authorization letter signed by the owner at the time of
the appointment.
If you are unable to appear in-person, you may appeal in writing by mail to:

All letter appeals must be postmarked by Friday, March 6, 2026 and received before the Board of
Review adjourns.
The tentative ratios and estimated multipliers for each class of real property and personal
property for 2026 are as follows:

The March Board of Review will hold an Organizational Meeting on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at
3:00 p.m. at the Township Offices.
No protest appeals will be heard at this meeting.
