PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a Public Hearing/Regular Meeting of the Kimball Township Planning Commission held on January 28, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Municipal Hall, 2160 Wadhams Rd. Kimball, MI for the following:
Application for Special Exception Use: PBM Wireless Services: 74-25-655-0028-000: 2830 Bartlett Road, Kimball, MI 48074: Proposed AT&T 199ft Monopole cell tower.
Comments will be heard, and inquiries will be answered at this time. Written comments may be sent to the Township Deputy Clerk at the Township Office, 2160 Wadhams Rd. Kimball, MI 48074 or call (810) 987-9797 ext. 126, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
Kimball Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the public hearing to individuals with disabilities upon five (5) business days written notice. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aid or services should contact the Kimball Township Deputy Clerk.
