Application for Conditional Re-Zoning of 6 (six) Parcels: 74-25-013-3006-200,
74-25-013-4009-000, 74-25-024-3001-000, 74-25-024-1002-100,
74-25-024-1003-000, and 74-25-013-4009-100. The current zoning of the above parcels includes Agriculture, Residential, and Commercial. The applicants are requesting a Re-Zoning to light industrial with an offer of voluntary conditions.
