Park Rules
- Park is open from Dawn until Dusk
- NO Alcoholic Beverages
- NO Glass Bottles
- NO Open Fires
- NO Dogs or animals of any kind
- NO Boats with Motors
- Tabletop Grills with no legs are prohibited
- NO staples are to be used on picnic tables
Terms and Conditions
A $25 security deposit for residents is required and will be refunded upon verification of proper clean up, A $50 deposit is required for non-residents and is non-refundable. Pavilion users are responsible for placing picnic tables under the pavilion if not in place upon arrival. Picnic tables may be left under the pavilion; they do not need to be removed. Pavilion users are responsible for all other clean up.
If a resident of Kimball Township, if you fail to request a refund of your $25 security deposit, it will be transferred into the Kimball Township Park Fund on December 31 of each year.
Park gathering are limited to 100 or less guests per group.
Calendar
You are responsible for checking the parks calendar for availability of the pavilion you wish to reserve.
