Meeting called to order at 6:48pm, late, due to waiting for a Quorum.
Roll Call: PRESENT: Orr, Howard, Henry ABSENT: Barrett, Miller, and Tuttle Absent. *Hoffman was approved by Usakowski to stand in for Trustee as no one had been appointed yet.
Approval of Agenda
Motion made by Hoffman and seconded by Howard, 4-Yes, 3-Absent, motion carried.
Approval of the Minutes
Approval of October minutes motion made by Eric Hoffman and seconded by Stephen Howard. 4-Yes, 3-Absent, motion carried.
New Business
Erick Hoffman’s term was completed as of November 20, 2024. After board members are appointed, there will be no available spots.
Old Business
A. 946 Wadhams– Rugillaro did not come into the office to see if there was a site plan as requested by the SBA. Motion to table until January meeting made by Howard, seconded by Henry. All yes, motion carried.
B. 1055 Wadhams Rd– Maximus Storage- Mark Simpson, the engineer for phase 1 & 2 spoke about the pavement density for the weight bearing fire trucks on the new pavement for the new construction. Mark left a detailed letter with the information. It was also discussed that after the construction gets approved there will be a pre-construction meeting with the Engineer, Fire Chief, Dpw and building department.
Hoffman made a motion that Maximus can proceed with phase 2 and motion seconded by Henry. 4-yes, 3 absent. Motion carries.
C. Master Plan- Howard made a motion to carry the discussion over to the January meeting when more members are present. Hoffman seconded. 4 yes, 3 absent, motion carries.
D. Solar and Wind: Orr explained that he went to the county meeting this past month and learned that if there is a fire, that our fire department cannot go onto the property.
Audience Participation:
Ray Campbell at 299 Eileen Ave, Kimball Twp. questioned the Grace Sr. Living engineer and how thy have been able to build this property when out township is in trouble with our sewer allocation. How will the Grace Senior Living Center affect the Allen Road sewer problems of the overflow? He feels the new project should not be happening. Clerk Wrubel explained the Allen Rd lift station has been a problem for 4 years and that it is necessary to elevate the flow with the expansion of the new system. Neil explained that the construction of Grace Sr Living does not affect the reason for needing this.
Reports
Orr reported that there was no zoning meeting this month due to lack of quorum

Henry motioned for adjournment at 7:15pm and was seconded by Hoffman. Meeting adjourned.
