Regular Meeting

November 23, 2021

6:30 P.M.

Open Meeting:
Orr opened the meeting at 6:30 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Roll Call of Members: Orr, Henry, Howard, and Tuttle

ABSENT: Barrett, Hoffman, and Miller

Also Present:
Neil Erickson, Building Inspector, Becky Wrubel, Clerk

1. Approval of Agenda-Regular Meeting
   

   Henry motioned to approve the agenda as amended, supported by Tuttle.
   

    

2. Approval of the Minutes October 26, 2021
   

   Tuttle motioned to approve the minutes for October 26, 2021 as presented, supported by Howard.
   

    

3. Old Business
   
   1. Site Plan Review: 74-25-002-3005-010: 2600 Wadhams Rd. High Grade
      

   New drawings with corrections presented. All recommendations by Fire Department and Township Engineer have been made.
   

Tuttle motioned to approval of High Grade site plan, second by Howard.

ROLL CALL VOTE: YES: Tuttle, Howard, Henry and Orr. NO: None. ABSENT: Barrett, Hoffman, Miller. (4-0-3) Motion Carried.

1. Site Plan Review: 74-25-002-3006-100: Wadhams/Horseshoe. Vinckier’s – A&W
   

Delays in equipment. Review carried over to next meeting.

1. Draft MMA Ordinance
   

Orr proposed rescheduling Workshop for MMA Ordinance to November 30^th at 7:00 pm. Requesting direction for attorney.

1. Audience Participation
   

   Scott Beedon (3115 Lapeer): Informational discussion regarding development of road frontage lots at 629 Range Road. Will be combining two lots to meet requirements for building. Similar footprint to previously pre-sold houses. Working with Pozios Parkdale Sub-Division Development.
   

    

   Kristina Nelson (7263 Smiths Creek): Responding to request from Barrett regarding timeline by Metro Planning. Spoke to David Struck. Explained timing and items needed for Metro Planning Review.
