Open meeting with Pledge of Allegiance – Meeting opened at 6:30pm with Pledge of Allegiance
Roll Call of Members: PRESENT– Risner, Orr, Zobel, Hill (Alternate)
ABSENT- Bowen, Strait
ACTION: Due to Mr. Strait not being present to chair the meeting, Orr has nominated Risner to be Chairperson. Supported by Hill. All were in favor. Motion to accept Marvin Risner as chair was approved.
Also Present: Neil Erickson, John Gorski, Michele Erdman (Deputy Clerk)
- Approval of Agenda
Action: Orr made a motion to approve the Nov. 11, 2025, Agenda. Supported by Hill. All were in favor. Motion Carried.
- Approval of the Minutes of May 13, 2025
Action: Zobl made a motion to approve the May 13, 2025 minutes. Hill supported the motion. All were in favor. Motion carried.
- New Business
4623 Davidson Rd – Temporary Housing zoned R1
John Gorski, owner of 4623 Davidson Rd, came to speak about his plans. Currently lives in camper located on property. Asking to live there temporarily until he can make the home livable.
Neil spoke on situation.
Action: Orr moved to give Mr. Gorski a temporary housing permit good for 1 year and will expire on November 11, 2026. Zobl offered support. All were in favor. Motion Carried.

Orr updated ZBA on items going forward by the Planning Commission. Next ZBA meeting will be December 9, 2025.
Action: Orr motioned to close the meeting at 6:42pm. Risner supported the motion. Motion Carried.
