Gregg opened the meeting at 10:00 a.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL OF OFFICERS: Gregg, Gurjack, Neilsen, Swierkosz and Wager.
ABSENT: None.
ALSO PRESENT: Becky Wrubel, Clerk and Mr. Grabowski, Guest.
I. COMMUNICATIONS
Minutes of Kimball Township Cemetery Board for February 14, 2024
II. OLD BUSINESS
- Well, one turned in
- Gravel
lll. NEW BUSINESS
A. Shelly Gilbert had to step down from the Cemetery Board.
B. Garbage around the roadway and we would like new trash receptacles to be the same style as those at the cemetery.
C. Signs to inform cemetery visitors to stay off of the grass. DPW has eight signs to put along the driveway to stop the people from driving on the potential gravesites.
D. Moving the sand pile and making that area into a turnaround and parking area.
E. One-way signs need to be replaced.
