Meeting called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance at 10:00 A.M
ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS Gregg, Gurjack, Nielsen and Swierkowsz

I. COMMUNICATIONS Minutes from the Kimball Township Cemetery Board for November 13th 2024
II: OLD BUSINESS
B. Master Plan- the board is to take home the draft and make adjustments as seen fit , they will compare changes and finalize the plan/ordinance
III. New Business
A. The Dpw will be performing a spring clean-up on the list are to move the pile of debris and place a fence at the south west area of the cemetery
B. Additional information is required for the master plan Columbarium information as well as the scatter garden and cremation area.
IV. ADJOURNMENT The meeting was adjourned at 11:15a.m called by Nielsen and seconed by Swierkowsz
