Open Meeting: Orr opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance at 6:30 p.m.
Roll Call of Members:
Present: Henry, Barrett, Orr, Tuttle, Howard and Hoffman. Absent: Miller.
Carwyn, Recording Secretary/Deputy Clerk, Erickson-Zoning Admin.
Approval of Agenda-Regular Meeting
Barrett motioned to approve the agenda. Seconded by Henry. Motion Carried.
Approval of the Minutes April 27, 2021
Tuttle motioned to approve the minutes. Seconded by Howard. Motion Carried.
SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE: 74-25-005-2009-000: 6463 Lapeer Road. Equipment Repair and Parts Facility: Kube Properties, LLC
Anthony Kuberski (Owner) Understand zoning better, would be using the property as commodities hauling of material in an agricultural zone. Presented additional drawing with berms. Pond will be filled in.
Operating hours: 7-5 M-F
Barrier Blocks for noise reduction
Tuttle motioned to approve the application for Special Exception in Agricultural area for commodities hauling with operations 7 am to 5 pm, Monday – Friday. Seconded by Howard. Roll Call Vote:
Yes: Tuttle, Howard, Henry, Hoffman, Barrett and Orr. Absent: Miller. Motion Carried.
