Regular Meeting

Orr opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Roll Call of Members: Bowen, Orr and Nelson.
ABSENT: Strait.
Also Present: Neil Erickson, Building Inspector.
I. Approval of Agenda
Orr motioned to approve the agenda for May 14, 2024 supported by Nelson.
Motion Carried.
II. Approval of the Minutes-Regular Meeting February 13, 2024
Orr motioned to approve the minutes of February 13, 2024 supported by Nelson.
Motion Carried.
III. New Business
- Class A Designation (5022 Griswold Road) 74-25-745-0168-000
Steve Nelson, 3298 E. Grand River Road, Williamston, MI: I am the co-trustee on my Aunt Rebecca L. Nelsons Revocable Trust and she passed away
on November 11th and we are trying to take care of the house and put it up for sale at 5022 Griswold Road. Pending sale, we found out that we needed a
Class A Designation so that if there is more than 50% damage it would have to have the same footprint.
Erickson: That was a corner property classified commercial.
Discussion.
Orr motioned to accept the Class A design as written in the minutes supported by Nelson.
ROLL CALL VOTE: YES: Orr, Nelson and Bowen. NO: None.
ABSENT: Strait. (3-0-1) Motion Carried.
