Risner made a motion to approve 12-10-24 minutes, Hill (Alternate) seconded. All in favor, Monition Carried.

Mark Alexander 1165 Allen Rd
New house to be built, water/sewer from existing house. Then the old house is to be removed within a few weeks of completion of new home.
Motion made by Orr to approve temp housing, Seconded by Risner, All in Favor. Motion Carried
