Steve Westrick requesting a Class A Designation for a home in C-1 Local Business Zone so the property can be sold with a mortgage.
Strait motioned to approve the Class A Designation for 145 Isabelle Ave supported by Crowe ROLL CALL VOTE: YES: Strait, Crowe, Orr and Belesky. NO: None. ABSENT: None. (4-0-0) Motion Carried.

Orr motioned to approve the minutes of April 12, 2022 supported by Strait.
