Regular Meeting

March 8, 2022

7:00 P.M.

Sturdevant opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Roll Call of Members:
Belesky, Sturdevant, and Crowe.

Absent: Orr and Strait.

1. Approval of Agenda
   

   Sturdevant motioned to approve the agenda supported by Belesky. Motion Carried.
   

    

2. Approval of the Minutes-Regular Meeting February 8, 2022
   

   Sturdevant: Under approval of agenda, Belesky motioned to “approve” not “support” the agenda.
   

    

   Belesky motioned to approve the minutes as amended supported by Sturdevant. Motion Carried.
   

    

3. New Business
   

1. Class A Designation: Sinnot (4948 Lapeer Road) 74-25-001-1004-000
   

Applicant did not appear and no one to represent case. Several questions regarding application.

Belesky motioned to table the agenda item to next month’s agenda with the applicant to appear, second by Crowe.

ROLL CALL VOTE: YES: Belesky, Crowe and Sturdevant. NO: None. ABSENT: Orr and Strait. (3-0-2) Motion Carried.
