Meeting called to order by Shawn Biernat at 3:00 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance.
I. ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS
Diana Nelsen and Deanna Westphal,alternate: present
Amanda Gregg, Becky Jackson: absent
ALSO PRESENT
Shawn Biernat, Assessor
Emily Mamps, Assistant Assessor
II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Diana Nelsen motioned to approve the agenda as presented, supported by Deanna Westphal. Motion carried.
III. ELECTION OF CHAIRPERSON
Deanna Westphal motioned to appoint Diana Nelsen as chairperson, supported by Diana Nelsen. Motion carried.
IV. NEW BUSINESS
• Presentation of the 2024 Assessment Roll
• Presentation of pertinent March Board of Review information, including review of any statutory or policy changes for the current year
• Discussion regarding how the Board of Review is going to conduct business.
V. ADJOURNMENT
Diana Nelsen motioned to adjourn the meeting at 4:10 p.m., supported by Deanna Westphal. Motion carried.
