Below is a link to the Smith Creek Landfills response to the violation notice issued by EGLE’s Materials Management Division on November 14, 2023. The response also included attachments which can be seen below.
The landfill must respond to the December 19 violation no later than January 9. We will post the response as soon as it is available.
