Why are properties for sale?
Kimball Township currently owns several properties that it intends to sell. These properties were obtained when the County Treasurer foreclosed on these properties for non-payment of taxes and then were deeded to the Township by the County Treasurer’s Office.
The properties are being sold “AS IS”. They will be transferred to the highest bidder by Quit Claim Deed. The Township does not warranty these properties. Please see the Bid Packet for additional information.
