- New Business
A. Temporary Housing- 1755 Omar Rd. Tax ID# 74-25-715-0027-100
Owner, Mr. Sloan at 1755 Omar Rd is requesting to be able to live in current home on the property until new home is finished.
Current zoning is Residential.
Orr made a motion to allow owner to live in current home at 1755 Omar Rd until new home is built, at which one year from occupation, this request approval will expire.

Orr talked about the Special meeting/hearing for Planning Commission coming up on June 17, 2026, at 6:30pm and asked the Zoning Board of Appeals to attend if they can make it.
