Regular Meeting/Public Hearing

June 22, 2021

6:30 P.M.

Open Meeting: Orr opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance at 6:30 p.m.

Roll Call of Members:
Present: Orr, Barrett, Miller, and Tuttle. Absent: Hoffman, Henry and Howard.

Also Present:
Carwyn, Recording Secretary/Deputy Clerk, Erickson-Zoning Admin.

1. Approval of Agenda-Regular Meeting/Public Hearing
   

   Barrett motioned to approve the agenda. Seconded by Tuttle. Motion Carried.
   

2. Approval of the Minutes May 25, 2021
   

   Barrett motioned to approve the minutes. Seconded by Tuttle. Motion Carried.
   

3. New Business
   
   1. REZONING: 74-25-112-0001-000 4515 11^th Street. Black
      

   Orr opened the Public Hearing at 6:34 p.m.
   

   Brian Black (Owner): Application for rezoning of the property to be consistent with adjoining properties. The corridor is zoned commercial, and this would bring the properties into uniform zoning.
   

   Erickson: Future Land Use review includes this property in the commercial zoning. There are two access points to the building from 11^th Street and Range Road. He has not received any negative responses to the public notice.
   

   No public comments from audience members were made.
   

   Orr closed the Public Hearing at 6:48 p.m.
   

   Barret motioned to approve the application for Rezoning of 4515 11^th Street to C-2. Seconded by Tuttle. Roll Call Vote:
   Yes: Barrett, Tuttle, Miller, and Orr. Absent: Hoffman, Henry and Howard. Motion Carried.
   

   Barret recommended to combine all three properties. Seconded by Tuttle. Roll Call Vote:
   Yes: Barrett, Tuttle, Miller, and Orr. Absent: Hoffman, Henry and Howard. Motion Carried.
