REGULAR MEETING

                                 JULY 20, 2021

6:30 P.M.

Sturdevant opened the meeting at 6:30 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Deland motioned to have Sturdevant chair the meeting supported by Hoffman. Motion Carried.

ROLL CALL OF OFFICERS: Jackson, Wrubel, Sturdevant, Hoffman and Deland.

ABSENT: Usakowski and Ward.

1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
   

   Wrubel: Add under New Business, A. Park Grills.
   

   Deland motioned to approve the agenda as amended supported by Jackson.
   

   Motion Carried.
   

1. PRESENTATION OF MINUTES FOR JULY 06, 2021
   

   Deland motioned to approve the minutes for July 6, 2021 as presented supported by Hoffman. Motion Carried.

1. Revenue & Expenditure Report for Period Ending 07/31/2021
   

Sturdevant motioned to receive and file and pay the bills totaling $102,637.06 supported by Jackson.

ROLL CALL VOTE: YES: Sturdevant, Jackson, Wrubel, Hoffman and Deland.

NO: None. ABSENT: Usakowski and Ward. (5-0-2) Motion Carried.

Discussion.

Deland motioned to receive and file boards and commissions as presented supported by Jackson. Motion Carried.

   1. Park Grills
      

   Wrubel: Jerry is requesting four heavy duty grills for the Sutherland Park at a cost of $169.00 each from Amazon.
   

   Hoffman: Are they rusted out or vandalized?
   

   Wrubel: They are rusted out and in pretty bad shape.
   

   Sturdevant: Four grills will cost $676.00 total.
   

   Jackson motioned to purchase four park grills for $169.00 each totaling $676.00 supported by Wrubel. Motion Carried.

Review of finances. USDA was here for their three year inspection on where their money is being used. They were happy with what they saw. No negative feedback from them.

Trustee Deland

Parking lot at trail, there is a camper and a red pickup truck that has been there for several weeks. Who do we get a hold of for something like that?

Wrubel: We should call the sheriff department and have them look into it.

What ever happened to the USDA wanting us to pay off the loan?

Jackson: Discussion.

Trustee Sturdevant

Fish fry to continue with carry out at the Legion and the Masonic Lodge will be starting breakfast in August.
