Usakowski opened the meeting at 6:30 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL OF OFFICERS: Usakowski, Jackson, Wrubel and Nelson.
ABSENT: Hoffman, Deland and Ward.

Usakowski: We have distributions totaling $53,593.49.

Early election voting is July 27th until August 4th. Actual election is August 6th.
There is no Board of Trustees meeting on August 6th.
DPW are doing annual jetting in bad spots such as the car wash, Red Pepper and McDonald’s due to grease.
Repairing the man hole at Vinckier’s parking lot.
Cemetery phone box has been pulled. Getting bids on gravel for East driveway and back area. Also need new one-way signs. Someone took the old one.
New hand pump well at Caswell Cemetery. I contacted five Well Drillers and only received one bid from Barrett’s Well Drilling for $10,939.89
