REGULAR MEETING

JULY 13, 2022

10:00 A.M.

Gregg opened the meeting at 10:14 a.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance.

ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS: Cline, Gilbert, Gregg and Wagar

ABSENT:
Nielsen.

ALSO PRESENT: Becky Wrubel, Township Clerk

1. COMMUNICATIONS
   

Cline motioned to receive and file minutes of the Kimball Township Cemetery Board from July 13, 2022 supported by Wagar. Motion Carried.

1. OLD BUSINESS
   

1. Columbarium Ordinance: The board has gone through some sample ordinances from other cemeteries. Wrubel will be typing a draft of these ordinances for the board to make adjustments to if needed. Questions as to how the vaults are secured from being opened.
   

1. NEW BUSINESS
   

1. Bushes: The DPW is to remove the bushes that are dead and are causing damage. Wagar motioned to accept the removal of the dead bushes supported by Cline. Motion Carried.
   

1. ADJOURNMENT
   

   Wagar motioned to adjourn the meeting at 11:20 a.m. supported by Cline.
   

   Motion Carried.
