Gregg opened the meeting at 10:00 a.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance
ROLL CALL OF OFFICERS: Nielsen, Gregg and Swierkosz.
ABSENT: Gurjack and Wager.
ALSO PRESENT: Becky Wrubel, Clerk.

- OLD BUSINESS
- Master Plan
- The well was for the cemetery was approved by the Board of Trustees.
- Gravel in the back of the cemetery needs to be done.
- Trash Receptacles: We will look at ULINE for similar ones.
- Signs: One way and no trespassing or dumping of debris over the fence signs would be useful.
- Sand Pile: Dog ear fencing to be put up to block the pile of dirt and move it south of its current location.
- Driving on Grass: Talked to a visitor whom admitted to driving on the grass, and understands that they can no longer do that.

- General Rules
- Signs: Print outs of multiple townships have been passed out to be looked at and brought back to discuss changes. General Rules page 3-4 to gone through and updated. Clarifying the definitions as well as appropriate decoration types.

Nielsen motioned to adjourn the meeting at 11:00 a.m. supported by Gregg.
