Consent Agreement Hearing
Kimball Township officials have requested and were granted an inperson hearing with EGLE regarding the Consent Agreement between the Smiths Creek Landfill and EGLE.
The meeting will take place on Thursday, May 22 at the Kimball Township office beginning at 6:00pm.
