Approval of November 11, 2025 Minutes:
Action: Bowen made a motion to approve the minutes from November 11, 2025, as presented. Zobel supported the motion. All were in favor, motion carried.
New Business
1979 Allen Rd – Current Zoning Classification C1 Commercial. Desire a Class A Designation.
Action: Orr made the motion to approve 1979 Allen Road with a Class A Designation. This replaces the Current zoning classification of a C1. Motion supported by Mr. Risner. All were in favor, motion Carried.
