Meeting called to order by Becky Jackson at 3:00 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance

1. Roll Call of Members
   

• Becky Jackson and Cheryl Struble present. Rose Howard absent.
  
• Also present: Shawn Biernat, Assessor; Mark Foster, Assistant Assessor; John Klimovich, Resident
  

1. Approval of Agenda
   

• Becky Jackson motioned to approve the agenda as presented, supported by Cheryl Struble.
  

  Aye: All    Nay: None        Motion carried
  

1. New Business
   

• None
  

1. Letter Appeals
   

• The board reviewed six appeals for late filed Principal Residence Exemptions, all approved.
  
• The board reviewed two Poverty Exemption applications, both denied.
  
• The board reviewed one Disabled Veterans Exemption, it was denied.
  
• The board reviewed four qualified errors, all approved.
  

   

1. Public Appeals
   

• One Poverty Exemption application – petitioner John Klimovich.
  

  Petitioner was sworn in, his application was reviewed and discussion between petitioner and board members ensued. Motion by Cheryl Struble to deny the poverty application, due to the applicant’s income exceeding the township guidelines. Supported by Becky Jackson
  

  Aye: All    Nay: None        Motion carried – Exemption denied
