Charles Strait opened the meeting at 6:30pm with the Pledge of Allegiance 
 
Roll Call: Strait, Orr, Bowen, Risner – Present 
 
Also Present: Clerk Becky Wrubel 
 
Approval of Agenda- Bowen made motion to Approve Dec. 10 agenda. Risner seconded. Motion carried 
 
Approval of the Minutes from October 8, 2024- Bowen made motion to approve Oct. 8 Minutes, seconded by Risner, motion carried.  
 
New Business: 
A. Determination: Class A Designation: 74-25-565-001-001: 4992 Griswold Rd VenoCo LLC/Mike and Jennifer Vennard 
Current Zoning: c1 
Reason: Asking for a Class A designation to be able to get a Mortgage Property Owner: Anthony Denha (John Denha) House was built 70 years ago 
 
Orr made the motion to change the classification of 4992 Griswold rd. from C1 to Class A designation. Risner seconded the motion. All were in favor. 
 
Bowen mentioned that July 9 minutes will still need to be received and voted on. Deputy Clerk Erdman stated she will make sure they are in the next meeting packet. 
 
Orr made a motion to Adjourn the meeting at 6:38pm. Seconded by Bowen. Motion carried.
