Information has been handed out to the board members, regarding policies and procedures. Wrubel presented the board with a diagram for conducting in-ground placement for the garden. For this method only, Eco Friendly/Bio Degradable container is to be used and a grid system will be utilized for location purposes.

  1. Fixing the driveway at Caswell Cemetery

Wrubel stated that the Township did budget $14,000 for the use of the driveway at the cemetery, however monies from the CARES ACT will be utilized instead. Bids will be sought after for this project.

  1. Ordinance

Gregg mentioned that the Ordinance makes no mention as to the number of cremains a grave may contain. Graves may contain up to 6 Cremains, two at the head, two at the middle and two at the foot

Unfortunately, a number of lots are out of compliance with the Cemetery’s Ordinances and have been for many years. The board has decided to make notations and have them on file.
