Steps:
- Call the Pay by Phone number provided (1-810-957-4683)
- Follow the prompts to select language and payment type (tax/utility)
- Enter your parcel or account number followed by the pound sign (#)
- Enter payment information and confirm the amount, including any convenience fees.
