- ROLL CALL OFFICERS:

Members Absent: Howard, Henry
- APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Motion by Barrett, supported by Miller, to approve the agenda.
Voice vote: Motion carried.
- APPROVAL OF JULY 22, 2025, MINUTES
Motion by Barrett, supported by Lokers, to approve the minutes with the addition of Tetra Tech on the second page.
Voice vote: Motion carried.
- NEW BUSINESS
- SPARLINGVILLE BAPTIST CHURCH – Motion by Tuttle to table the item until the September meeting to allow time to receive the Tetra Tech letter dated August 20, 2025.
Voice vote: Motion carried.
- CHICKEN ORDINANCE – Discussion held. No interest expressed in changing the current ordinance.
- OLD BUSINESS
- MASTER PLAN – Development Focus District (DFD) definition for Kimball Twp. to be a PUD Ordinance.
Motion by Barrett, supported by Tuttle, to postpone discussion until next month.
**Copies of PUD ordinances from Fort Gratiot, St. Clair township and Port Huron Township to be provided.
Master Plan references and district definitions to be reviewed in relation to a potential PUD ordinance.
- Barrett Requested that Timber Meadow Site plan be on next month’s agenda.
- Allen Road Sewer Project
Board has not yet acted on the sewer district assessment petition for Allen Road (between Lapeer and W. Water).
- AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION – None
- REPORTS
A. Bill Orr, Zoning Board of Appeals – No Report
B. Gary Lokers, Kimball Township Board of Trustees – Presented resolution from Health Advisory Committee to remove fluoride from the water. Resolution accepted by the Township Board.
C. Per Neil Erickson, Storage of America needs to be added to next month’s agenda.
