REGULAR MEETING
AUGUST 10, 2022
10:00 A.M.
Greg called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS: Cline, Gregg and Nielsen.
ABSENT: Gilbert and Wagar.
ALSO PRESENT: Becky Wrubel, Clerk and Mr. Grabowski.
- COMMUNICATIONS
Cline motioned to accept the minutes of the Kimball Township Cemetery Board as presented for August 10, 2022 and supported by Nielsen. Motion Carried.
Cline offered to call all board members the day before meetings.
- OLD BUSINESS

Columbarium Ordinance
The board has gone through some sample ordinances for other cemeteries. Wrubel will be typing a draft of these ordinances for the board to make adjustments if needed.
- NEW BUSINESS
- Bushes
Written permission is needed to remove bushes and trees. Some roots are so deep that simply (pulling) the bushes will cause damage to the foundations. Flags will be placed in these locations as to notify the lot owner.

Lot Purchases
Residents are buying lots and then transferring them to non-residents. An ordinance needs to be placed as well as a fee for transferring to non-residents.
