Meeting called to order with the pledge of allegiance at 10:00 a.m.

I. COMMUNICATIONS
Minutes from the Kimball Township Cemetery Board for February 12th, 2026
Approved by Matt Gurjack, second by Amanda Gregg
ll: OLD BUSINESS
1.The Camera was delivered. The board chose two areas to direct the cameras to face in the cemetery.

The first One is to be placed on the shed in a manner it can detect vehicles coming into the cemetery.

The second on is to go in the middle of the west side so it can detect vehicles that are pulling onto the grass as well as damaging the fence. As well as other suspicious activity that’s been observed.
2. A New Secretary has been hired; Anna Whitmore was introduced to the Board.
We are starting preparations for the flags to be put out at the Cemeteries for Memorial Day.
The board went through the Veterans lists to ensure that no one is missed. The board did find names on previous year’s list, that were not found on last year’s list.
The board went through books for the years 2019-2025 and added names and information.
Flags will be placed at 10 a.m. on Saturday May 16, 2026.
We will also be reaching out to the Twp Fire Auxiliary to see if they are interested again this
year.
lll. New Business
It’s been noted that vehicles are once again driving onto the grass and across graves, signs will
be posted along the edge. It will also post it on Facebook.

Gurjack motioned to close the meeting at 12:15 Gregg seconded the motion
