Meeting called to order at 2:00 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS:
PRESENT: Sturdevant, Pung, Cline, Bennett and Wagar.
ABSENT: Baker.
I. COMMUNICATIONS

Minutes of Kimball Township Cemetery Advisory Board – May 9, 2013.
Motion by Cline to accept as presented supported by Wagar. Motion Carried.
- Minutes of Kimball Township Board of Trustees – June 4, 2013.
Received by M. Sturdevant.
II. OLD BUSINESS

Cemetery Expansion
Sturdevant stated that R. Hand informed him that N. Erickson said the new driveway at Caswell Cemetery has been started.
- Cemetery Financing
Sturdevant stated that he has not been able to get in contact with Mr. Delore. Sturdevant will continue to try to contact him. Sturdevant stated that he would like to get information on what determines if a site is historical or not. Hopefully once a historical precedent is determined, then it may be possible to get Federal grants.
III. NEW BUSINESS
- Cemetery Enforcing
Sturdevant stated that R. Hand informed Sturdevant that the violation letters are being sent out to residents. Hand would like the Cemetery Board to walk Caswell Cemetery and write down a list of all possible violations. Then give this list to R. Hand so that he can send the proper letter to the residents that are in violation of the rules.
- Flag Holders
Wagar asked if there are any kinds of flag holders for the front of the columbarium available. Sturdevant obtained the Cold Springs catalog from Colleen. The Cemetery Board looked through the book and did not find any kind of flag holder for the columbarium’s. Sturdevant will contact Cold Springs and ask if any such thing exists.
Motion by Wagar to adjourn meeting at 2:40 p.m. supported by Cline. Motion Carried.
